About Us

My dad, Allen, and I started our journey into residential trash pickup in Greene County and the surrounding areas back in 1997 when we founded Waste Works INC.

Running a small family-owned business allowed us to offer better service than those big corporations, and that's still true today.

After my dad had some health issues, we had to take a break from trash.

My Piedmont co-owner, Chris Raynes, and I met working together as project managers for an electrical contractor. We discovered that we both had the same values when it came to customer service; we're old-school when it comes to believing that a handshake is a man's word and that anything worth doing is worth doing right.

We decided it was time to invest in ourselves and our family, so Piedmont Disposal was born.
